Your friends love you for who you are, but a good friend does not need to be positive about you all the time. Standing up for a friend no matter what is not proof enough of being a good friend. True friends show their concerns by telling you of your imperfections. You can prove your friendship by accepting these concerns by heart and not be hurt by them.
Love your friends. They are more valuable than any material thing on earth!
Here's a song my bestfriend PJ played on the guitar and shared with me. It may be simple, but it's a great gift I got from her. It reminds me so much of our friendship. I hope it reminds you about yours too!
Enjoy and God bless!
You've Got A Friend
Pearl Joyce (Ate Bestfriend)
When you're down and troubled
And you need a helping hand
And nothing, whoa nothing is going right
Close your eyes and think of me
And soon I will be there
To brighten up even your darkest nights
You just call out my name
And you know wherever I am
I'll come running, oh yeah
To see you again
Winter, spring, summer, or fall
All you have to do is call
And I'll be there, yeah, yeah, yeah
You've got a friend
If the sky above you
Should turn dark and full of clouds
And that old north wind should begin to blow
Keep your head together and call my name out loud
And soon I will be knocking upon your door
You just call out my name
And you know wherever I am
I'll come running to see you again
Winter, spring, summer or fall
All you got to do is call
And I'll be there, yeah, yeah, yeah
Hey, ain't it good to know that you've got a friend?
People can be so cold
They'll hurt you and desert you
Well, they'll take your soul if you let them
Oh yeah, but don't you let them
You just call out my name
And you know wherever I am
I'll come running to see you again
Oh baby, don't you know that
Winter, spring, summer, or fall
Hey now, all you've got to do is call
Lord, I'll be there, yes I will
You've got a friend
You've got a friend
Ain't it good to know you've got a friend
Ain't it good to know you've got a friend
You've got a friend

Anong Sabi ni Boy?
"Sige, iiyak mo yan. Mapapagod ka rin."
Sabi nga ni Boy Abunda, love life. Hahaha!

The Best Advice
No wonder they tell us not to judge people. Sometimes, you end up getting the best advice from people you least expect them from.

Kaaway
I just realized na through time, andami ko nang nakakabangga, nakakaaway, nakakasagutan. Then I realize, it's being able to come out of these arguments a sensible person that makes me more mature. I grow as I learn to deal with the realities of adult life and talking with (or should I say, messing with) grown-ups.
The way their minds work is so different than ours. Sometimes, I'm amazed by how my actions are interpreted so drastically different by the grown-ups I deal with.
We all have the right to stand up for ourselves and fight for what we believe in. Sa argumento, walang bata, walang matanda. Lahat tayo pantay-pantay basta may opinyon tayo.
Kaya go on, argue. Be mature!
